摘 要:目的探讨乳腺癌超声影像特征及其与腋窝淋巴结转移的关系。方法80例乳腺癌患者根据腋窝淋巴结转移情况分为转移组和未转移组。所有患者均接受常规超声及超声造影检查,分析超声影像特征与腋窝淋巴结转移的关系。结果单因素分析和Logistic多因素分析显示,最大径线>2 cm、增强后灌注缺损、增强后范围增大为影响腋窝淋巴结转移的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论最大径线以及造影后灌注缺损、增强范围情况与乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移关系密切,可用于早期预测。Objective To explore the ultrasound imaging features of breast cancer and their relationships with metastasis of axillary lymph nodes.Methods 80 patients with breast cancer were divided into metastatic group and non-metastatic group according to metastasis of axillary lymph nodes.All patients underwent conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examinations,and the relationships between ultrasound imaging features and axillary lymph node metastasis were analyzed.Results Univariate analysis and Logistic multivariate analysis showed that maximum diameter>2 cm,and perfusion defect and increased range after enhancement were independent risk factors affecting axillary lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusions The maximum diameter,and perfusion defect and enhancement range after angiography are closely related to axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer,which can be used for early prediction.
