呼吸训练联合特布他林与糖皮质激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸训练联合特布他林与糖皮质激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床效果。方法82例COPD患者根据治疗方法的不同分为两组。参照组给予常规治疗+特布他林+丙酸倍氯米松治疗,研究组在参照组基础上给予呼吸训练。比较两组的临床疗效、肺功能及不良反应。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为90.24%,明显高于参照组的70.73%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗2个月后的FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论呼吸训练联合特布他林与糖皮质激素治疗COPD的效果确切,可明显改善患者的肺功能,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of respiratory training combined with terbutaline and glucocorticoid in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 82 patients with COPD were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods.The reference group was treated with conventional therapy+terbutaline+beclomethasone dipropionate,and the study group was given respiratory training on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.24%,significantly higher than 70.73%in the reference group(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Respiratory training combined with terbutaline and glucocorticoid in the treatment of COPD has exact effect and high safety,and can obviously improve patients'pulmonary function.
