五脏俞针刺法联合文拉法辛对抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者情绪状态与睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨五脏俞针刺法联合文法拉辛治疗抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者的效果。方法96例抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者按照治疗方式分为对照组(文法拉辛)和观察组(文法拉辛+五脏俞针刺法),比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的HAMD评分、PSQI评分、孤啡肽水平均显著低于对照组,瘦素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五脏俞针刺法联合文法拉辛可减轻抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者的抑郁程度,改善睡眠质量,调节瘦素及孤啡肽的表达。Objective To explore the effect of Wuzangshu point acupuncture combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder.Methods 96 patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder were divided into the control group(venlafaxine)and the observation group(venlafaxine+Wuzangshu point acupuncture)according to the treatment methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the HAMD score,PSQI score and orphanin level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the leptin level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Wuzangshu point acupuncture combined with venlafaxine can relieve the depression degree and improve the sleep quality of patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder,and regulate the expressions of leptin and orphanin.
