摘  要:目的探讨嗅觉、味觉刺激联合口腔运动对早产儿喂养情况及肠胃功能的影响。方法104例早产儿随机分为两组。对照组接受常规护理+口腔运动干预,研究组在对照组基础上接受嗅觉、味觉刺激干预。比较两组的喂养情况、肠胃功能以及喂养不良反应。结果研究组的开始及完全经口喂养时间、喂养进程均短于对照组,喂养不耐受发生率、喂养不良反应总发生率均低于对照组,干预后的血清MTL、GAS水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论嗅觉、味觉刺激联合口腔运动干预可明显缩短早产儿喂养进程,提高早产儿肠胃功能,减少早产儿喂养不耐受及喂养不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the impact of olfactory-gustatory stimulation combined with oral motor intervention on feeding status and gastrointestinal function of premature infants.Methods 104 premature infants were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing+oral motor intervention,and the study group received olfactory-gustatory stimulation intervention on the basis of the control group.The feeding status,gastrointestinal function and feeding adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The starting and complete oral feeding time,and feeding process of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of feeding intolerance and the total incidence of feeding adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group,and the serum MTL and GAS levels after intervention were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Olfactorygustatory stimulation combined with oral motor intervention can obviously shorten the feeding process,improve the gastrointestinal function,and reduce the occurrence of feeding intolerance and feeding adverse reactions of premature infants.
