摘　　要：目的分析基于云平台的肺康复干预在慢阻肺护理中的应用效果。方法92例慢阻肺患者随机分为两组。对照组予以常规康复护理,观察组予以基于云平台的肺康复干预。比较两组的肺功能、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组的FEV1、PEF、FVC、SF-36评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.83%,明显高于对照组的80.43%(P<0.05)。结论基于云平台的肺康复干预在慢阻肺护理中的应用可改善患者的肺功能,提高其生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of pulmonary rehabilitation intervention based on cloud platform in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 92 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received pulmonary rehabilitation intervention based on cloud platform.The lung function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,FEV1,PEF,FVC and SF-36 score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.83%,significantly higher than 80.43%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of pulmonary rehabilitation intervention based on cloud platform in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the lung function of patients,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree.
