摘　　要：目的探讨并发症预警模式在植入式静脉输液港化疗的肿瘤患者中的应用价值。方法120例接受植入式静脉输液港化疗的肿瘤患者随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用并发症预警模式护理。比较两组的并发症发生率、生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,活动、健康、日常生活、近期支持、总体精神评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论并发症预警模式可降低肿瘤患者植入式静脉输液港化疗期间的并发症发生率,改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the application value of complication warning model in tumor patients with implantable venous access port chemotherapy.Methods 120 tumor patients who received implantable venous access port chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing of complication warning model.The incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of activity,health,daily life,recent support and overall spirit were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Complication warning model can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of tumor patients during implantable venous access port chemotherapy.
