负压封闭引流技术在老年颌面部间隙感染患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在老年颌面部间隙感染患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性收集2019年9月至2022年10月就诊于郑州大学第一附属医院的124例老年颌面部间隙感染患者,根据引流方式的不同,将患者分为对照组(传统切开引流术,62例)和观察组(VSD,62例)。对比两组患者住院时间、术后疼痛程度、换药次数、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清降钙素原(PCT)、瘢痕长度、张口度、切口愈合时间、并发症、转归、疗效以及复发情况等,评价治疗效果。结果观察组患者的住院时间、换药次数、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、CRP、PCT、瘢痕长度、张口度、切口愈合时间以及并发症、疗效以及复发情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组出院及死亡情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与传统切开引流术相比,VSD技术对于老年颌面部间隙感染患者疗效更好,有利于促进患者切口愈合,减少患者疼痛,减少住院时间。Objective To observe the application effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technology in the treatment of maxillofacial space infections in the elderly.Methods Retrospective collection of geriatric patients with maxillofacial space infection who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2019 to October 2022.Patients who underwent traditional incision and drainage surgery were selected as the control group(62 cases),while those who underwent VSD were selected as the observation group(62 cases).The hospital stay,postoperative pain level,number of dressing changes,white blood cell count,neutrophil count,C-reactive protein(CRP),serum procalcitonin(PCT),scar length,mouth opening,incision healing time,comorbidities,outcomes,curative effect,and recurrence were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The hospital stay,number of dressing changes,and white blood cell count,neutrophil count,CRP,PCT,scar length,mouth opening,incision healing time,complications,curative effect,and recurrence of the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in discharge and death between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional incision and drainage surgery,VSD technology has a better effect on maxillofacial space infections in geriatric patients,which is beneficial for promoting incision healing,reducing patient pain hospital stay.
