基于沃森人文关怀理论的人性化护理在慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析基于沃森人文关怀理论的人性化护理干预在慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性研究,采集2021年6月至2023年2月于郑州市第七人民医院接受常规护理的75例慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的病历资料,纳入对照组;采集医院同期接受基于沃森人文关怀理论的人性化护理的75例慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的病历资料,纳入观察组。比较两组心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]、主观幸福感[总体幸福感量表(GWB)评分]、自护能力[自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分]以及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组心理状态评分低于对照组,主观幸福感、自护能力、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于沃森人文关怀理论的人性化护理可以调节慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的心理状态,提高主观幸福感和自护能力,且患者护理满意度更高。Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing interventions based on Watson’s humanistic care theory in hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney failure.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to collect medical records of 75 chronic renal failure hemodialysis patients who received routine nursing intervention at the 7th People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from June 2021 to February 2023,and included them in the control group.The medical records of 75 patients with chronic renal failure hemodialysis who received humanized nursing intervention based on Watson’s humanistic care theory were collected and included in the observation group.The psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)score],subjective well-being[general well-being scale(GWB)score],self-care ability[exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)score]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the score of psychological state in the observation group was lower than the control group,and subjective well-being,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing interventions based on Watson’s humanistic care theory can regulate the psychological state of hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney failure,improve subjective well-being and self-care ability,and increase patient nursing satisfaction.
