摘　　要：随着中药现代化的步伐越走越快,中药的应用在国际上越来越受重视,正确认识中药的毒性以及区分中药毒性成分和有效成分是将中药更加有效应用于临床的关键。中国古代许多典籍中对中药毒性进行了分级,但由于中药成分复杂且其应用于人体时受各方面因素的影响,中药毒性分级的概念至今依旧很模糊、没有明确的标准,中药毒性的分级还需进一步探索。随着中药现代化、国际化的步伐越走越快,中药的安全性一直受到国家重视,因此建立科学的毒性评价方法,是中药适应国际市场需求需要突破的瓶颈。本文对中药毒性及其相关概念进行辨析,简要介绍中药毒性的分级情况,主要以中药的肾毒性为例,对中药的毒性评价进行综述,以期更加深入地了解中药毒性的相关内容。With the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)modernization,the application of TCM has attracted more and more attention in the world.Accurate understanding of the toxicity of TCM and distinguishing the toxic components from the effective components of TCM is the key to effective clinical application of TCM.Many ancient Chinese classics graded the toxicity of TCM.But so far,its application to human body is affected by various factors due to the complexity of the composition of TCM.The concept of the toxicity classification of TCM is still vague.Without no clear standard,the toxicity classification of TCM still needs further exploration.With the rapid modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine,the safety of Chinese medicine has been attached great importance by the state.Therefore,the establishment of evaluation methods on scientific toxicity is the bottleneck of Chinese medicine to meet the needs of the international market.This paper analyzes the toxicity of Chinese medicine and related concepts,briefly introduces the classification of Chinese medicine toxicity,and takes the renal toxicity of Chinese medicine as an example to review the toxicity evaluation of Chinese medicine,in order to deeply understand the related contents of Chinese medicine toxicity.
