连梅汤治疗更年期失眠的理论探讨

摘　　要：失眠的基本病机为阳盛阴衰,阴阳失交,营卫不和,属于中医“不寐”“不得卧”范畴。更年期女性常见不寐,病机多为肾气渐衰,冲任亏虚,精血不足,天癸渐绝,阴阳失衡,脏腑功能失调,其中以心肾不交最为常见。连梅汤出自吴鞠通的《温病条辨》卷三,原治暑邪深入厥阴、少阴之证,具有清心泻火、滋肾养阴功效。心肾同属少阴经,恰合更年期失眠心肾不交的主要病机,临床屡见报道。文章从中医不寐的病因病机、更年期心肾不交致失眠之原理、连梅汤方药分析等方面,对连梅汤辨治更年期失眠进行深入剖析,以拓展更年期诸症与不寐的辨治思路。The basic pathogenesis of insomnia is the Yang waxing with yin waning,incompatibility of yin and yang,and disharmony between the Ying-nutrients and Wei-defence,which belongs to the category of“insomnia”and“not being able to lie down”in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).In menopausal women,insomnia is common,and the pathogenesis of insomnia is the gradual deficiency of kidney qi,the deficiency of Chong Ren,the insufficiency of essence and blood,the gradual extinction of Tian Gui,disharmony between yin and yang,and the dysfunction of viscera and internal organs,which is the most common in disharmony between the heart and kidney.Lianmei Decoction comes from Wu Jutong s Wenbing Tiaobian,Volume 3,the original treatment of Pathogenic summer heat deep into the Jueyin,Shaoyin evidence,with the Clearing and reducing heart fire,Nourish and supplement kidney yinefficacy.The heart and kidney belong to the Shaoyin meridian,which coincides with the main pathogenesis of insomnia of heart-kidney disharmony type in menopause,which has been reported in clinical practice.Therefore,this intends to analyze the etiology and mechanism of insomnia in Chinese medicine,the principle of insomnia caused by disharmony between the heart and kidney during menopause,and the analysis of Lianmei Decoction formula,etc.,in order to expand the ideas on the treatment of perimenopausal disorders and insomnia.
