摘  要:目的:以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量为指标,对内蒙古、山西、甘肃、陕西等不同产地、鲜切工艺和传统工艺两种加工工艺以及不同生长年限蒙古黄芪饮片进行对比研究。方法:采用HPLC测定毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量。结果:蒙古黄芪传统片样品毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量在0.2404~0.9305 mg·g^(-1)之间,其中山西应县样品S28(人工种植二年生)含量最低,内蒙古阿鲁科尔沁旗样品S3(仿野生种植四年生)含量最高,二者之间相差近4倍;以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量为变量进行差异分析,内蒙古与山西、内蒙古与甘肃、陕西与甘肃间均存在差异,样品含量内蒙古>陕西>甘肃>山西;鲜切饮片中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量均高于传统干切饮片,且其含量增加2.155%~133.5%;蒙古黄芪中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量与其生长年限不呈正相关。结论:本研究结果为评价黄芪饮片质量和制订其质量标准提供参考。Objective Using the content of calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside as an index,to compare and analyze decoction pieces of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus from different origins from Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Gansu and Shaanxi,the two processing technology of fresh-cutting method and traditional processing,and different growth years.Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside.Results The content of calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in piece by traditional processing of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicuswas0.2404-0.9305 mg·g^(-1),with the lowest content from Yingxian County of Shanxi S28(artificially planted for two years),and the highest content from Ar Khorchin Banner of Inner Mongolia(imitating wild planting for four years),with a difference of nearly four times between the two samples;The difference was analyzed using calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside as the variable,the differences between Inner Mongolia and Shanxi,Inner Mongolia and Gansu,and Shaanxi and Gansu,the contents of samples were Inner Mongolia>Shanxi>Gansu>Shanxi;The contents in piece by fresh-cutting method were higher than the other,and their contents were increased by 2.155%-133.5%;The contents of calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus did not have a positive correlation with its growth years.Conclusions The study results provide a reference for evaluating the quality of decoction pieces of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus and formulating its quality standard.
