芪术石斛养胃方对气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪术石斛养胃方对气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)及血清中IL-1及IL-6的影响。方法:将确诊为气虚血瘀型CAG的100例患者平均分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用胃复春加叶酸治疗;观察组采用芪术石斛养胃方的方案进行治疗,总疗程为3个月。结果:对照组中医证候改善有效率为86%,观察组96%,其两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分、血清IL-1、IL-6水平均下降(P<0.05),并且观察组中医证候积分、血清IL-1及IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪术石斛养胃方治疗CAG气虚血瘀型患者具有较好的临床疗效,且可降低减轻炎症反应。Objective To observe the effects of Qizhu Shihu Yangwei Prescription on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with Qi deficiency and blood stasis and serum IL-1 and IL-6.Methods 100 patients diagnosed with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis CAG were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with Weifuchun and folic acid,and the observation group was treated with Qizhu Shihu Yangwei Prescription.The total course of treatment was 3 months.Results The effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement was 86%in control group and 96%in observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score,serum IL-1 and IL-6 levels in both groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and TCM syndrome score,serum IL-1 and IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qizhu Shihu Yangwei Prescription has good clinical effect on CAG patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and can reduce inflammation.
