灵芝益寿丸干预肾精亏虚型轻度认知功能障碍患者31例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察灵芝益寿丸治疗肾精亏虚型MCI患者的疗效。方法:根据诊断、纳入、排除、病例剔除和脱落标准选择肾精亏虚型MCI患者64例患者,随机分为对照组33例及干预组31例。对照组只进行正常的日常活动及相关知识宣教,并给予改善睡眠、控制三高(血压、血糖、血脂)等常规治疗;干预组在对照组的基础上加上灵芝益寿丸。对比患者干预前两组各基本资料、既往病史及干预后两组干预前后AD8、MMSE、sMCI、PSQI评分、中医症状评分、中医临床总有效率。结果:干预前两组各基本资料、既往病史及AD8、MMSE、sMCI、PSQI、中医症状评分差异不显著(P>0.05);干预后干预组在降低AD8、PSQI、中医症状评分及提高MMSE、sMCI评分、中医临床疗效方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:灵芝益寿丸能提高MCI患者的认知功能,且能改善其睡眠及中医不适症状,具有一定临床推广价值。Objective To observe the curative effect of Lingzhi Yishou Pills on kidney essence deficiency type MCI.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,case elimination criteria and shedding criteria,64 patients with mild cognitive impairment of kidney sperm deficiency were selected and randomly divided into control group(33 cases)and intervention group(31 cases).The control group only received normal daily activities and related knowledge education,and was given basic treatment to improve sleep,control blood pressure,blood sugar,blood lipid and so on.The intervention group added Lingzhi Yishou Pills on the basis of the control group.The basic data,past medical history,AD8,MMSE,sMCI,PSQI scores,TCM symptom scores and TCM clinical total effective rate of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in basic data,past medical history,AD8,MMSE,sMCI,PSQI and TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the intervention group was superior to the control group in reducing AD8,PSQI and TCM symptom scores,improving MMSE and sMCI scores and TCM clinical efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion Lingzhi Yishou Pills can improve the cognitive function of patients with MCI,and improve sleep and TCM clinical symptoms of patients,so it has certain clinical promotion value.
