摘　　要：目的 探讨保元汤合桃红四物汤治疗对气虚血瘀型急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后左心室血流动力学的影响。方法 气虚血瘀型急性STEMI患者60例PCI术后随机分为两组,每组30例。观察组在标准化常规药物治疗基础上,口服保元汤合桃红四物汤治疗1周。对照组仅给予标准化常规药物治疗1周。采用超声心动图检测两组治疗前后左心室血流动力学指标。结果 与治疗前和对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后左心室射血分数、短轴缩短率、每搏输出量、主动脉瓣口血流速度、二尖瓣血流峰速度(E)和二尖瓣环速度(e′)均升高,而E/e′比值降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 保元汤合桃红四物汤可改善气虚血瘀型急性STEMI患者PCI术后左心室血流动力学。Objective To investigate the effect of Baoyuan decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction treatment on the left ventricular hemodynamics in the patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)at type of qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI.Methods Sixty patients with acute STEMI at type of qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each.Observation group was treated with a combination of Baoyuan decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction for one week on the basis of standardized conventional drug treatment.Control group was only given standardized conventional drug treatment for one week.The left ventricular hemodynamic indicators were detected by echocardiography in both groups before and after treatment.Results Compared to before and control group after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,fractional shortening,stroke volume,aortic velocity,mitral peak flow velocity(E)and mitral ring velocity(e')were increased,while E/e'ratio was decreased in observation group after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion A combination of Baoyuan decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction can improve the left ventricular hemodynamics in the patients with acute STEMI at type of qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI.
