摘　　要：文化是赋能高等教育高质量发展的重要条件,高等教育高质量发展的文化意蕴主要表现在关注发展中的“人”、诉诸“全面”“充分”“长远”“创新”的建设取向,具有“适应性+超越性”的时代内涵和建设过程。高等教育高质量发展有赖于理性的观念理解、有效的制度条件建设、共生的师生日常教育生活以及社会舆论力等文化条件。新时期推进高等教育高质量发展的文化建设,可以围绕大学精神的新时代厚植、关系型教育理念的主体践行、多元化文化资源的教育融合以及评价体系的平等有差别式构建等路径展开。Culture is an important condition for empowering high-quality development of higher education.The cultural significance of high-quality development of higher education is mainly reflected in the focus on“people”in development,the construction orientation of“comprehensive”,“sufficient”,“long-term”and“innovative”,and the era connotation and construction process of“adaptability+transcendence”.The high-quality development of higher education relies on cultural conditions such as rational conceptual understanding,effective institutional conditions construction,symbiotic daily educational life of teachers and students,and social public opinion power.The cultural construction for promoting high-quality development of higher education in the new era can be implemented in such ways as the cultivation of university spirit in the new era,the subject practice of relational education concept,the integration of diversified cultural resources in education,and the equal and differentiated construction of evaluation system.
