摘　　要：目的形成小儿先天性马蹄内翻足Ponseti疗法石膏固定护理中国专家共识(以下简称《共识》)。方法查阅国内外相关文献并结合小儿骨科临床医生及护理专家工作经验,形成《共识》初稿,选取22名相关领域专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询,对《共识》内容进行修改调整形成《共识》终稿。结果2轮函询的专家积极系数均为100%(22/22),肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.130、0.137(P<0.05),权威系数分别为0.840、0.900。最终形成的《共识》内容包含石膏固定前护理、石膏固定中护理、石膏固定后护理及照顾者健康教育4个部分。结论《共识》的制订具有较好的科学性和实用性,为小儿骨科临床护理实践提供指导。Objective To formulate a Consensus of Chinese experts on Ponseti therapy plaster fixation nursing for congenital clubfoot in children(referred to as the Consensus).Methods The initial draft of the Consensus was formed by literature review at home and abroad,and combining the work experience of pediatric orthopedic clinical doctors and nursing experts.Twenty-two experts were selected for two rounds of Delphi expert consultation to revise and adjust the content of the Consensus,forming the final draft of the Consensus.Results In the two rounds of consultation,the positive coefficient of experts was 100%(22/22),the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.130 and 0.137 with a statistical difference(P<0.05),and the authority coefficient was 0.840 and 0.900,respectively.The Consensus included four themes of nursing before plaster fixation,nursing during plaster fixation,nursing after plaster fixation,and caregiver health education.Conclusions The formulation of the Consensus has good scientific and practical significance,providing guidance for clinical nursing practice in pediatric orthopedics.
