摘　　要：介绍自然语言处理的概念,总结基于电子健康记录的自然语言处理在癌症患者症状管理中应用的现状和优势,指出目前存在不足并提出相应的建议,旨在为进一步提高我国癌症患者护理服务质量,推动安宁疗护信息化、数字化发展提供借鉴。This paper introduces the concept of natural language processing,summarizes the status quo and advantages of the application of natural language processing based on electronic health records in symptom management of cancer patients,points out the existing shortcomings,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,aiming to provide reference for further improving the quality of nursing services for cancer patients in China and promoting the informatization and digitization of hospice care.
