摘　　要：2024年6月,世界卫生组织发布了《关于耐药结核病治疗关键性修订的快速通告》,基于新的临床试验依据,推荐了一种新的6个月的基于BPaL的同左氧氟沙星或氯法齐明或两种药物联用的方案,以及一组用于治疗对氟喹诺酮类药物敏感的耐多药/利福平耐药结核病的9个月方案,目的在新版耐药结核病治疗指南正式发布之前,就主要更新内容进行通告。本文对该通告中的主要更新内容进行解读,供相关领域专业人员参考。In June 2024,the World Health Organization issued Key updates to the treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis:rapid communication,recommending a new 6-month BPaL-based regimen with levofloxacin or clofazimine or both,based on new clinical trial evidence.And a nine-month protocol for the treatment of multidrug-/rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis that is fluoroquinolone-sensitive,with the aim of notifying major updates ahead of the official release of the new guidelines for the treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis.This article interprets the main updates in the notice for the reference of professionals in related fields.
