摘　　要：对ISO 11531:2022国际标准的修订过程进行了介绍,并按照国际标准规定的试验步骤对薄钢板和铝合金板材试样分别进行了适用性评价试验,获得了制耳结果并进行了制耳率计算。试验案例可给试验者理解和使用该国际标准提供技术支撑,同时也有助于高强度金属薄板和薄带的研发测试,提升薄板与薄带的工艺性能评价水平。The revision process of ISO 11531:2022 international standard is introduced.According to the test steps specified in the international standard,the applicability evaluation tests of thin steel plate and aluminum alloy plate samples are carried out respectively,and the earing results are obtained and the earing rate is calculated.The test cases can provide technical support for the testers to understand and use the international standard,and also contribute to the development and testing of high-strength metal sheets and strips,and improved the evaluation level of the process performance of thin sheets and strips.
