摘 要:试验旨在研究甘露寡糖(MOS)对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、免疫功能及肠道形态的影响。共选取240只65周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组包含6个重复,每重复10只。试验包括14 d预试期和56 d正试期。在预试期所有鸡饲喂基础日粮;在正试期基础饲粮中添加不同浓度的MOS(0、0.2、0.4和0.6 g/kg)。结果表明:(1)与对照组(0 g/kg)相比,饲粮中添加0.6 g/kg MOS可显著提高产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋率(P<0.05);(2)饲粮中添加0.4、0.6 g/kg MOS可显著提高产蛋后期蛋鸡蛋黄颜色及蛋壳厚度(P<0.05);(3)饲粮中添加0.6 g/kg MOS可显著提高蛋鸡血清中白蛋白含量(P<0.05),饲粮中添加MOS可显著降低蛋鸡血清中低密度脂蛋白含量并显著提高蛋鸡血清中高密度脂蛋白含量(P<0.05);(4)饲粮中添加MOS可显著影响蛋鸡血清中IgA、IgM、IgG、TNF-α、IL-6含量(P<0.05);(5)饲粮中添加MOS可显著提高产蛋后期蛋鸡十二指肠绒毛高度(P<0.05),饲粮中添加0.4、0.6 g/kg MOS可显著提高产蛋后期蛋鸡十二指肠绒隐比(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加MOS能够有效提升产蛋后期蛋鸡的生产性能和免疫水平并有助于改善肠道形态。在该试验条件下,MOS在产蛋后期蛋鸡饲粮中的最适添加水平为0.4 g/kg。The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of MOS on production performance,egg quality,immune function,and duodenum morphology of laying hens in the later stage of laying.A total of 24065-week-old Hy-Line variety brown hens were divided into four groups with six replicates in each group and 10 in each replicate.The research objects underwent a 14-day pre-trial and a 56-day formal trial period.During the pre-trial,all hens were fed basic ration;while in the trial,basic ration was supplemented with different concentrations of MOS(0 g/kg,0.2 g/kg,0.4 g/kg,and 0.6 g/kg).Results indicated that:(1)the group added with 0.6 g/kg MOS in the basic ration witnessed a significantly higher laying rate(P<0.05)when compared to the control group(0 g/kg);(2)addition of MOS in the basic ration at 0.4 g/kg and 0.6 g/kg could significantly improve yolk color and shell thickness(P<0.05);(3)the 0.6 g/kg MOS level significantly raised serum albumin(P<0.05),and adding MOS in the feed reduced the low-density lipoprotein but raised the high-density lipoprotein level in the serum of the laying hens(P<0.05);(4)addition of MOS in the basic ration significantly enhanced serum IgA,IgM,IgG,TNF-α,and IL-6 levels(P<0.05);and(5)addition of MOS in the basic ration significantly increased villus height in the duodenum(P<0.05),with 0.4 g/kg and 0.6 g/kg MOS improving the villus-to-crypt depth ratio(P<0.05).In conclusion,MOS added in the feed could effectively improve the production performance and immune status of hens in later-stage laying and contribute to bringing in better duodenum morphology.Under the experimental conditions,the optimal MOS inclusion level in the ration for late-phase laying hens was determined to be 0.4 g/kg.
