摘 要:为更合理准确地控制大规模风电集群接入多重嵌套断面场景下的新能源出力,提出了一种考虑风电场并网性能差异的风电集群有功控制优化策略。该控制策略考虑了新能源发电量、各风电场的指令功率输出偏差值及指令功率输出与实际功率输出偏差值三个方面的影响。在不满足网络安全约束的情况下,将根据风电场并网性能差异实施强制触发策略。通过仿真算例验证了该策略可实现对风电集群有功出力的精确控制,并有效提高了风电的消纳率。To more reasonably and accurately control the output of new energy in large-scale wind farm clusters in the scenario of multiple nested cross sections,an optimization strategy for active control of wind farm clusters con-sidering differences in their integration performance is proposed.This strategy considers the influence of new energy generation,the command power deviation of each wind farm and the deviation between the command power and the actual power.In cases of not meeting the network safety constraints,forced trigger strategy will be implemented based on the differences in integration performance of wind farms.The simulation example verifies that this strategy can accurately control the active power output of wind farm clusters and effectively improve the consumption rate of wind power.
