摘　　要：目的探讨桑白皮汤加减治疗小儿支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月阳信县中医医院收治的160例支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证患儿,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组80例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予桑白皮汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、炎症因子水平、中医证候积分、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音消失时间与炎症浸润消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论桑白皮汤加减治疗小儿支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证的临床效果较好,可促进症状缓解,减轻炎症反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Sangbaipi Decoction in the treatment of pediatric Mycoplasma pneumonia with syndrome of phlegm-heat closure lung.Methods A total of 160 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia due to phlegm-heat closure lung admitted to Yangxin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with modified Sangbaipi Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,the levels of inflammatory factors,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,lung rales and regression time of inflammatory infiltration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,and interleukin-1βin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Modified Sangbaipi Decoction has good clinical effect in treating pediatric Mycoplasma pneumonia with syndrome of phlegm-heat closure lung,which can promote the relief of symptoms and reduce inflammation reaction,and is worth popu larizing.
