人免疫球蛋白联合注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠在新生儿感染性肺炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析人免疫球蛋白联合注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠在新生儿感染性肺炎中的应用效果。方法选取金昌市人民医院2018年2月至2023年3月收治的80例新生儿感染性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,观察组采用人免疫球蛋白联合注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗。比较两组免疫功能、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白G水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组降钙素原、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人免疫球蛋白联合注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠在新生儿感染性肺炎中的应用效果较好,可提高机体免疫功能,降低炎症因子水平,且不会增加不良反应,可在临床中应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of Human Immunoglobulin combined with Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection in neonatal infectious pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with neonatal infectious pneumonia admitted to People’s Hospital of Jinchang from February 2018 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection,and the observation group was treated with Human Immunoglobulin combined with Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection.The immune function,inflammatory factors levels,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin M,and immunoglobulin G in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of procalcitonin,interleukin-6,and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Human Immunoglobulin combined with Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection in neonatal infectious pneumonia is good,which can improve the immune function of the body and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and does not increase adverse reactions.It can be applied in clinical practice.
