摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环在呼吸系统疾病患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年4月至2023年4月滨州医学院附属医院儿童呼吸科病区收治的80例呼吸系统疾病患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取PDCA循环,比较两组护理满意度、不良事件。结果观察组各项护理满意度评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童呼吸系统疾病采取PDCA循环可提升满意度,减少不良事件。Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle in nursing of children with respiratory diseases.Methods A total of 80 children with respiratory diseases admitted to the Department of Children’s Respiratory Ward,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received PDCA cycle.The nursing satisfaction and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in children with respiratory diseases can improve satisfaction and reduce adverse events.
