摘　　要：目的探讨基于虚拟现实(VR)技术的手术访视在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月至10月拟在青岛大学附属医院接受妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规手术访视,试验组在对照组基础上采用基于VR技术的手术访视。比较两组焦虑、抑郁情绪及血流动力学指标、手术访视满意度。结果访视后,试验组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。入室后5 min、建立气腹后5 min,试验组平均动脉压、心率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组手术访视满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于VR技术的手术访视可有效改善妇科腹腔镜手术患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪及血流动力学指标,提高手术访视满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of virtual reality(VR)technology in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients who planned to receive gynecological laparoscopic surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from June to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine surgical visit,and the experimental group received surgical visit based on VR technology on the basis of the control group.The anxiety and depression emotions,hemodynamics indicators,and surgical visit satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the visit,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).5 minutes after entering the room and 5 minutes after establishing pneumoperitoneum,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of surgical visit satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical visit based on VR technology can effectively improve the anxiety and depression emotions and hemodynamics indicators in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic su rgery,and increase surgical visit satisfaction.
