摘　　要：目的探讨针对性急救护理模式在儿童热性惊厥中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2023年5月山西医科大学第二医院急诊医学科收治的229例热性惊厥患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(114例)与观察组(115例),对照组采用常规急救护理,观察组增加针对性急救护理。比较两组症状缓解时间、住院时间、生命体征指标、不良事件与满意度情况。结果观察组患儿的症状缓解时间和住院时间均较对照组更短(P<0.05);护理后观察组的生命体征参数较对照组更低且更稳定,不良事件总发生率较对照组更低,家长满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论针对性急救护理可减少热性惊厥患儿不良事件发生风险,缩短症状缓解时间,稳定患儿生命体征,家长具有更高的护理满意度,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the application effect of targeted emergency nursing model in children with febrile seizures.Methods A total of 229 children with febrile seizures admitted to the Emergency Medicine Department of the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(114 cases)and the observation group(115 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine emergency care,while the observation group added targeted emergency nursing.The time of symptom relief,length of hospital stay,vital signs,adverse events,and satisfaction were compared the between two groups.Results The symptom relief time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the vital sign parameters of the observation group were lower and more stable than those of the control group,the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group,and the overall satisfaction of parents was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted emergency nursing for children with febrile seizures can reduce the risk of adverse events,shorten the time of symptom relief,stabilize children’s vital signs,and parents have higher satisfaction with nursing,which is of value for promotion.
