聚焦解决模式健康教育在妊娠糖尿病患者抗阻运动中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式健康教育在抗阻运动妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2022年7月南通大学附属妇幼保健院收治的60例GDM患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组患者均行抗阻运动,对照组采用口头GDM健康教育,观察组在此基础上实施聚焦解决模式健康教育,比较两组的应用效果。结果干预后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于干预前(P<0.01),自我管理能力各项评分高于干预前(P<0.01);干预后,观察组血糖指标低于对照组(P<0.05),自我管理能力各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产、羊水过多及巨大儿发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式健康教育可以提升抗阻运动GDM患者自我管理能力,有效控制血糖,减少不良母婴结局。Objective To explore application effect of health education based on focused solution mode in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)who underwent resistance exercise.Methods A total of 60 patients with GDM admitted to Affiliated Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital of Nantong University from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups performed resistance exercise.The control group received oral GDM health education,and the observation group received health education based on focused solution mode on this basis.The application effects were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and scores of self-management ability were higher than those before intervention(P<0.01).After intervention,the levels of blood glucose indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and scores of self-management ability were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section,hyperamniotic fluid,and macrosomia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on focused solution mode can improve the self-management ability of patients with GDM who undergo resistance exercise,effectively control their blood glucose,and reduce the occurrence of adverse maternal infant outcomes.
