空军某旅1437名官兵鼻部疾病及嗅觉功能临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究空军某旅1437名官兵鼻部疾病的患病情况及嗅觉功能,以便早期发现并及时干预治疗,并为鼻部健康指导提供一定参考。方法对空军某旅1437名官兵进行吸烟史及鼻部病史采集,前鼻镜检查和嗅觉检测,并对患有慢性鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉(CRSsNP)和慢性鼻窦炎伴有鼻息肉(CRSwNP)的官兵进行视觉模拟评分(VAS)和鼻窦炎生活质量量表(SNOT-22)调查。结果1437名官兵中有鼻部疾病者294人(20.46%),其中慢性鼻炎(CR)者132人,过敏性鼻炎(AR)者110人,CRSsNP者52人,CRSwNP者24人。鼻部有症状者323人(22.48%),其中流涕264人,鼻塞207人,喷嚏94人,咳嗽35人。嗅觉正常者1374人(95.62%),嗅觉减退60人(4.18%),嗅觉丧失2人(0.14%),嗅觉倒错1人(0.07%)。整体吸烟率60.69%,VAS和SNOT-22评分多在1~20分。结论空军某旅官兵鼻部疾病患病率较高,主要以CR和AR为主,嗅觉功能总体良好,吸烟率较高,应加强鼻部疾病的治疗及鼻部健康教育。Objective To study the prevalence of nasal diseases and olfactory function in 1437 officers and soldiers of an Air Force brigade for early detection and timely intervention and treatment,and to provide some reference for the guidance of nasal health.Methods A total of 1437 officers and soldiers of an Air Force brigade were examined for smoking history,nasal history,anterior rhinoscopy and olfactory test.Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps(CRSsNP)and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP)were assessed by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Sino-Nasal Outcome Test-22(SNOT-22).Results Among the 1437 officers and soldiers,294(20.46%)had nasal diseases,including 132 with chronic rhinitis(CR),110 with allergic rhinitis(AR),52 with CRSsNP,and 24 with CRSwNP.There were 323 people(22.48%)with nasal symptoms,including 264 with runny nose,207 with nasal congestion,94 with sneezing,and 35 with cough.There were 1374 people(95.62%)with normal smell,60(4.18%)with hyposmia,2(0.14%)with anosmia,and 1(0.07%)with parosmia.The overall smoking rate was 60.69%,and most of the VAS and SNOT-22 scores were 120.Conclusion The prevalence of nasal diseases is high in an Air Force brigade,mainly CR and AR,the olfactory function is generally good,and the smoking rate is high.The treatment of nasal diseases and nasal health education should be strengthened.
