摘  要:大功率装载机中,驱动桥是传动系统的关键部分,其较低的功率损失对保持持续的优良性能至关重要。由于内部结构的复杂性,计算其功率损失面临着挑战。为计算功率损失,在Matlab平台中搭建了包含主减速器、制动器和轮边减速器的驱动桥功率损失计算评估平台,得到驱动桥中各种功率损失的分布;并通过试验对计算评估平台的准确性进行了相应验证,计算误差在12%以内。提出的建模方法和结果为新一代驱动桥产品的快速低成本开发提供了重要参考。In high power loaders,the drive axle is a key part of the drive train and its low power loss is critical to maintain consistently excellent performance.Calculating its power loss is challenging due to the complexity of its internal structure.A platform for calculating the power loss of the drive axle including the main reducer,the brake and the wheel-edge reducer was constructed in the Matlab platform,and the distribution of various power losses in the drive axle was obtained,while the accuracy of the calculation platform was verified accordingly through experiments.The results show that the calculation error is within 12%.The proposed modeling method and results provide important reference for the rapid and low-cost development of new generation drive axle products.
