摘　　要：大数据时代,反侦查行为日益呈现出手段科技化、预备提前化、识别困难化、主动意识增强化、组织程度严密化等五个典型特征,给公安机关侦查工作带来重重阻碍。大数据时代的反侦查行为对侦查工作具有双重影响,其既能对公安机关打击犯罪产生积极影响,又会给案件侦破带来消极影响。利用大数据时代的反侦查行为,促使其充分发挥积极影响,是当今侦查工作的一个重要问题。为确保侦查工作在大数据时代顺利进行,不被反侦查行为所迷惑,可以建立系统规范的大数据应用制度为基础,不断加强公安机关内部大数据人才培养,建立专门的对外沟通交流机制和构建区域协同融合作战数据模型予以应对,由此助力大数据时代侦查工作的高效运转。In the era of big data,anti-investigation behavior increasingly presents five typical characteristics,such as technological sophistication,advanced preparation,difficult identification,enhanced awareness,and tight organization,which bring many obstacles to the investigation work of public security organs.The anti-investigation behavior in the era of big data has a dual impact on the investigation work,which can not only have a positive impact on the public security organs to fight crimes,but also can be used by criminals to bring negative impact on the public security organs.It is an important issue in current investigation work to make full use of the anti-investigation behavior in the era of big data and promote its positive influence.In order to ensure the smooth progress of investigation work in the era of big data and not be confused by anti-investigation behavior,we can establish a systematic and standardized big data application system,strengthen the training of big data talents within the public security organs,establish a special external communication mechanism and build a regional collaborative and integrated combat data model to deal with the problem,so as to help the efficient operation of investigation work in the era of big data.
