摘 要:针对高浊污水深度处理中聚合氯化铝除磷低效问题,设计出一种新型高效除磷剂-聚合硅酸镧(PLSC)。样品表征数据显示,聚合硅酸分子结构中部分硅被镧取代形成La-OH和Si-OLa基团,对磷去除效果进一步强化。实验数据结果显示,在高浊水中PLSC深度除磷时pH、温度、离子强度等适用范围广,呈现出高效除磷行为。利用FTIR、Zeta电位和SEM-EDS手段分析PLSC除磷机理,探讨发现PLSC表面La-OH对磷具有极强吸附作用,其中La与P络合方式主要以双齿双核为主。当高岭土存在时La与P络合方式由双齿双核向单齿单核转变,促进PLSC对磷去除效果。In view of the low efficiency of phosphate removal by polyaluminum chloride in the advanced treatment of high turbidity wastewater,a new efficient phosphorus removal agent-polymerized lanthanum silicate(PLSC),was designed.The characterization data showed that the part of silicon atoms in the molecular structure of polymerized silicic acid was replaced by lanthanum atoms to form the La-OH and Si-O-La groups,which further enhanced the phosphate removal efficiency.The experimental results showed that the pH,temperature and ionic strength of PLSC deep phosphorus removal in high turbidity water had a wide application range,showing high efficiency phosphorus removal behavior.The mechanism of phosphate removal by PLSC was analyzed by FTIR,Zeta potential and SEM-EDS,indicating that the La-OH group on the PLSC surface had a strong adsorption interaction on the phosphate,and the complexation mode of La-P was mainly double-toothed and double-nucleated.In the presence of kaolin,the complexation mode of La-P changed from two-tooth two-core to single-tooth single-core,which promoted the phosphate removal by PLSC.
