摘　　要：总结归纳了影响电晕检测仪用紫外像增强管成品率的因素,分析了器件不合格原因和机理,针对问题采取了有效的优化措施,较好地提升了紫外像增强管成品率,降低了生产成本,有利于促进产品的推广应用。The factors affecting the yield of ultraviolet image intensifier tube for corona detectors were summarized,and the causes and mechanisms of the unqualified device were analyzed.To solve the problems,the effective optimization measurements were taken,which could improve the yield of ultraviolet image intensifier tube and reduce the cost,besides,it could also promote the application of the product.
