摘　　要：基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,采用有序Probit模型和工具变量法实证分析互联网使用对农民工返乡创业的影响效应。结果显示,互联网使用能促进农民工返乡创业。异质性分析发现:互联网使用对受教育程度低的农民工作用更明显;相比于新生代农民工,互联网使用对老一代农民工的影响更为显著;相较于女性农民工,互联网使用对男性农民工返乡创业的积极影响更大。进一步影响机制分析表明,互联网使用主要通过增加人力资本积累促进农民工返乡创业。因此,应持续完善农村互联网基础设施,着力营造公平的创业环境,让农民工更好依托互联网提高自身创业能力,助力农民工返乡创业成功,助推乡村振兴。Based on the data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS),this study uses the ordered PROBIT model to empirically analyze the impact of internet use on migrant workers’returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses.The results show that internet use has a significant positive impact on migrant workers’returning home for entrepreneurship.Through heterogeneity analysis it is found that the effect of internet use on migrant workers with low education level is more obvious;Compared with the new generation of migrant workers,internet use has a more significant impact on the older generation.Moreover,the positive influence of internet use on male migrant workers returning home to start businesses is greater than that on female migrant workers.Further analysis of the impact mechanism reveals that internet use primarily promotes migrant workers’returning home for entrepreneurship by enhancing human capital accumulation.Therefore,it is crucial to continuously improve rural internet infrastructure and strive to create a fair entrepreneurial environment,so that migrant workers can better leverage the internet to enhance their entrepreneurial capabilities,thereby facilitating the success of their entrepreneurship and contributing to rural revitalization.
