不同补贴模式下考虑公平关切的农产品供应链决策研究

摘　　要：研究不同政府补贴模式对供应链成员决策行为的影响,构建由农户、具有公平关切的合作社和公司组成的三阶段Stackelberg博弈模型。基于博弈模型,对政府不补贴、政府补贴农户和政府补贴公司三种模式的决策结果进行对比,分析政府补贴方式和公平关切行为对供应链成员决策以及社会福利的影响。研究表明,种植面积与社会福利随着消费者助农偏好的增加而提高;合作社加强公平关切会降低农作物的种植面积、合作社的收购价以及社会福利;政府补贴可以有效缓解公平关切的负面影响,提高供应链各成员的利润,且在对公司进行补贴时的效果最好,而在补贴农户时,合作收购价和公司收购价随着补贴的增强而降低。Considering the impact of different government subsidy models on the decision-making of supply chain members,this study builds a three-stage Stackelberg game model consisting of farmers,cooperatives with equity concerns,and companies.Based on this game model,we have made a comparison among the decision outcomes of three models,namely no government subsidy,government subsidy to farmers,and government subsidy to companies,and thus explores the influence of government subsidy models and equity concerns on the decisions of supply chain members and social welfare.The research reveals that the cultivated area and social welfare increase with the enhancement of consumers’preference for supporting agriculture;strengthened equity concerns by cooperatives will decrease the cultivated area of crops,the purchase price set by cooperatives,and social welfare;government subsidies can effectively mitigate the negative impact of equity concerns,enhancing the profits of each member of the supply chain,with the best results observed when subsidies are provided to companies.In contrast,when subsidies are given to farmers,both the cooperative purchase price and the company purchase price decrease as subsidies increase.
