国家形象构建下中国法律典籍译介规划研究

摘　　要：国家形象是构成国家综合实力的基础,而中国法律典籍外译是自塑并传播中国国家形象的重要途径之一。长期以来,中国法律典籍译介的国家形象塑造功能未得到学界应有的关注,其研究也多局限于随机、自发式的个体翻译层面,难以对接国家战略、满足社会需求。作为一种国家翻译实践,中国法律典籍的译介应被置于国家翻译规划的范畴下进行讨论,文章从基本规划、话语规划、教育规划、传播规划四个方面展开具体规划分析,希冀能为当代中国国家形象的自塑传播、对外话语体系建设、国家综合实力提升提供明确的目标和路径,推动国内相关研究深入发展。National image is the foundation of a country′s comprehensive strength,and the translation of Chinese legal classics isone of important paths of self-shaping and international communicating of China′s national image.For a long time,the national image-building function of translation of Chinese legal classics has not received due attention from the academic circle,and its research is mostly limited to random and spontaneous individual translation,which makes it difficult to respond to the national strategy and to meet the social needs.As a national translation practice,the translation of Chinese legal classics should be discussed in the context of national translation plan-ning,and subsequently,specific planning analysis should be carried out from four basic aspects:basic planning,discourse planning,educational planning and communication planning.It is hoped to clarify the goals and paths for the self-shaping and international communicating of contemporary China′s national image,the construction of Chi-na′s international discourse system,the improvement of national comprehensive strength,and to promote the in-depth development of such research in China.
