摘 要:为降低空调机组高温工况能耗、提高机组能效比,提出将喷雾蒸发冷凝技术应用于空调冷凝器的方法。首先,理论计算喷雾所需水流量,采用喷嘴对空调V型冷凝器降温;然后,在标准焓差实验室中进行喷嘴与冷凝器不同距离、不同喷射角度以及间歇喷雾的相关实验,并分析喷雾在不同工况下的节能效果。结果表明:将喷雾蒸发冷凝技术应用于冷凝器具有较好的节能效果。喷嘴与冷凝器最佳安装距离为40 cm、喷嘴最佳喷射角度为60°,在室内干球温度37℃,室外干/湿球温度35/27℃时,机组能效比由4.0提升至4.89,能效提高率22.2%,并且能效提高率随室外温度降低而下降,喷雾蒸发冷凝技术更适用于高温地区,可为喷雾蒸发冷凝技术在空调冷凝器应用提供参考。In order to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning units in high-temperature working conditions and improve the energy efficiency ratio of the units,this study proposes to apply the spray evaporative condensation technology to air conditioning condensers.Firstly,the water flow required for spraying was theoretically calculated,and the nozzles were used to cool the V-type condenser of air conditioner;then,in the standard enthalpy difference laboratory,the relevant experimernts of different distances between the nozzles and the condenser,different injection angles and intermittent spray were carried out,and the energy-saving effect of spray under different working conditions were analyzed.The results show that the spray evaporation condensation technology applied to the condenser has a better energy-saving effect.The optimal installation distance between the nozzle and condenser is 40 cm,the optimal spray angle of the nozzle is 60°,in the indoor dry bulb temperature of 37℃,outdoor dry/wet bulb temperature of 35/27℃,the energy efficiency ratio of the unit increases from 4.0 to 4.89,the energy efficiency improvement rate is 22.2%,and the energy efficiency improvement rate decreases with the drop of the outdoor temperature.The technology is more suitable for high-temperature areas.It can provide a reference for the application of the technology in air conditioner condenser.
