摘　　要：针对现代气候、饮食结构、生活节奏的变化以及临床疾病谱、体质状态的改变,岭南名医劳绍贤教授及其所带领的团队通过多年临床经验的积累,与时俱进地提出了“内外合因,脾胃失调、湿热蕴生,久之湿热炼痰生瘀可致气郁血瘀、热毒与湿(痰)互结生瘤(增生、息肉、肿瘤),以及治当祛湿以运脾、清热以防变”之脾胃湿热证创新学术思想并应用于临床,不仅取得了良效,也通过“师承链”形式起到了较好的传帮带作用,值得推广。In response to the evolving modern climate,dietary habits,lifestyle rhythms,as well as shifts in the clinical disease spectrum and physical constitution,Lingnan's renowned Lingnan famous doctor Professor LAO Shaoxian and his team have advanced with the times through the accumulation of years of clinical experience.They have proposed innovative academic ideas centered around"internal and external factors leading to spleen and stomach disorders,dampness-heat accumulation,and the long-term cultivation of dampness-heat resulting in phlegm and blood stasis,which can cause Qi stagnation and blood stasis,as well as the interformation of heat toxicity and dampness(phlegm)leading to tumors(hyperplasia,polyps,tumors).Additionally,they emphasize the dampness-heat syndrome of the spleen and stomach,advocating for the removal of dampness to facilitate spleen function and clearing heat to prevent degeneration."These ideas have been successfully applied in clinical practice,not only achieving favorable outcomes but also serving as an effective teaching and guiding tool through the"teacher chain"method,making them worthy of promotion.
