安胃疡胶囊联合硫糖铝混悬凝胶治疗胃溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨安胃疡胶囊联合硫糖铝混悬凝胶治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年8月—2023年6月巴中市中心医院收治的166例胃溃疡患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各83例。对照组给予硫糖铝混悬凝胶,1g/次,晨起饭前1 h、睡前空腹各服用1次。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服安胃疡胶囊,2粒/次,4次/d,3餐后和睡前口服,温开水送服。两组疗程6周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后典型症状评分,统计溃疡愈合率、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率,并比较治疗前后两组36项健康调查简表(SF-36)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分及血清胃功能指标[胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、PGⅠ与胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ比值(PGR)、胃泌素-17(G-17)]和前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率是96.39%,显著高于对照组的87.95%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者上腹痛评分、嗳气评分、反酸评分均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组典型症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率分别是75.90%、90.36%,显著高于对照组的(61.45%、78.31%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SF-36评分显著升高,而SCL-90评分显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组SF-36评分和SCL-90评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PGI、PGR、G-17低于同组治疗前,而血清PGE2水平高于同组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组血清胃功能指标和PGE2水平改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 安胃疡胶囊联合硫糖铝混悬凝胶治疗胃溃疡具有较好的临床疗效,能有效促进Hp根除和症状缓解,改善胃黏膜功能,利于溃疡愈合及患者身心状态恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Anweiyang Capsules combined with Sucralfate Suspensoid Gel in treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 166 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to Bazhong Central Hospital from August 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 83 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given Sucralfate Suspensoid Gel,1 g/time,1 time in the morning 1 h before meals and 1 time on an empty stomach before going to bed.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Anweiyang Capsules on the basis of the control group,2 capsules/time,4 times daily,after three meals and before going to bed,with warm water.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,the typical symptom scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the ulcer healing rate and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication rate were analyzed.The scores of 36 health survey Summary Form(SF-36),Symptom Checklist(SCL-90)and serum gastric function indexes[pepsinogen I(P i),ratio ofP i to pepsinogen II(PGR),gastrin-17(G-17)]and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.39%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.95%,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of upper abdominal pain,belching and acid reflux in 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the typical symptom score of treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer healing rate and Hp eradication rate in treatment group were 75.90%and 90.36%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in control group(61.45%and 78.31%)(P<0.05).After treatment,SF-36 score was significantly increased in both groups,but SCL-90 score was significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of SF-36 sco
