摘  要:发展绿色矿业、建设绿色矿山是矿业领域落实生态文明建设的重要平台和抓手。文章在分析2020年遴选绿色矿山得分情况的基础上,选取296家绿色矿山,运用熵权法对100项绿色矿山建设评价三级指标标准分重新赋权,采用首尾一致率、K-S检验方法对权重优化前后结果的一致性程度与分布特征进行了分析。结果表明:《绿色矿山建设评价指标》指标权重与实际得分的离散性不匹配;对比原权重优化后的评价总分排序与原结果一致性较好,同时矿山间的区分度增加。建议适当合并或精减重复性评价指标,适当调整指标权重,以提高评价指标的科学性和可操作性。The development of green mining and the construction of green mines are an important platform and starting point for the implementation of eco-civilization construction in the mining field.Based on the analysis of the scores of selected green mines in 2020,296 green mines were selected,and the standard scores of 100 green mine construction evaluation three-level indicators were re-weighted by entropy weight method.The consistency degree and distribution characteristics of the results before and after weight optimization were analyzed by the head-to-tail consistency rate and K-S test method.The results showed that the index weight of Green Mine Construction Evaluation Index did not match the discretization of actual scores;compared with the original weight optimization,the evaluation total score ranking was in good agreement with the original result,and the differentiation between mines was increased.In order to improve the scientificity and operability of evaluation indexes,it is suggested to combine or reduce the repetitive evaluation indexes appropriately and adjust the weights of indexes appropriately.
