摘　　要：语言安全是文化安全的基石,因而是国家安全的重要组成部分。当前,语言安全日益受到关注,研究人员和研究角度不断拓展,专注于国家性视角对语言政策与规划具有深刻的指导与借鉴作用。本文从“国家性”这一政治学视角出发,阐释语言安全国家性的内涵,从维护语言本体安全、提高国家语言能力和构建中国话语体系三个方面探讨了语言安全国家性的价值向度,进而提出了实践进路。研究表明,语言安全和传统安全同样重要,实现国家语言安全应提高公众的认同感,完善语言政策与规划体系,并着力构建语言安全学科体系,培养高素质的语言安全人才。Language security serves as the cornerstone of cultural security,making it an essential part of national security.Currently,as language security receives increasing attention among academic circles,the number of researchers and research perspectives is constantly expanding.Exploring its stateness has profound significance for language policy and planning research.This paper explains the connotations of the stateness of language security and discusses the value of language security research from three aspects:maintaining language security,improving national language competence and building the Chinese discourse system.This paper also proposes some practical approaches to achieving language security.It is found that language security is as important as traditional security.To achieve national language security,it is necessary to raise the public awareness,upgrade language policy and planning,and establish a language security discipline to train high-quality talents.
