摘 要:针对于高精度数据采集系统的测试和测量中,高质量的带通滤波器是非常关键的部分,然而,使用无源元器件实现低频高质量的滤波器需要大电感,尺寸和成本都令人望而却步。采用高性能全差分音频放大器OPA1632D设计了六阶有源1 kHz带通滤波器。该带通滤波器采用多级反馈设计,原理结构简单,设计成本低廉,使用TINA-TI仿真测试效果较好,实际应用于高性能模拟数字转换器AD7961前端滤波测试,SNR与SFDR动态指标接近手册理论值。仿真和实践证明该滤波器的设计满足高精度的数据采集前端滤波的使用需求。In the testing and measurement of high-precision data acquisition systems,high-quality bandpass filters are crucial.However,using passive components to achieve low-frequency and high-quality filters requires large inductors,and the size and cost are daunting.This design uses the high-performance fully differential audio amplifier OPA1632D to design a sixth order active 1kHz bandpass filter.The bandpass filter adopts a multi-level feedback design,with a simple principle structure and low design cost.The simulation test results using TINA-TI are good,and it is actually used for front-end filtering testing of highperformance analog-to-digital converter AD7961.The SNR and SFDR dynamic indicators are close to the theoretical values in the manual.Simulation and practice have shown that the design of this filter meets the needs of high-precision data acquisition frontend filtering.
