摘　　要：以流化床造粒技术原理及其在尿素生产中的应用优势为切入点,在此基础上分析其应用的具体方法,就工作系统建设、流程管理、参数控制以及生产跟踪等工作进行论述,展望了流化床造粒技术在尿素生产中的应用趋势,包括智能化、标准化等,以系统呈现该技术的特点,为尿素生产工作提供参考。The paper introduces the working principle of fluidized bed granulation technology and its application advantages in urea production.On top of that,it also illustrates its specific application methods,and discusses how to build a work system,manage process,control parameters and track production,etc.It envisages the application trend of fluidized bed granulation technology in urea production,including intelligence and standardization.It aims to systematically present the characteristics of the technology and to provide a reference for urea production.
