摘 要:介绍合成氨工艺中产生含氨废水、废气的工序,以及废氨治理的措施及存在问题。将合成新鲜气的冷凝液、冷冻回路氨冷器导淋定期排放液氨、氨回收单元的稀氨水和液氨泵排放的气氨等,生产w(NH_(3)·H_(2)O)约10%的稀氨水,送往尿素装置得到w(NH_(3)·H_(2)O)30%的氨水,配制成w(NH_(3)·H_(2)O)为20%左右氨水用于动力装置。该技术不仅能够有效回收废氨,解决环境保护问题,还能创造可观的经济效益。The process producing ammonia wastewater and waste gas in the synthetic ammonia process,as well as the measures and existing problems for treating waste ammonia are introduced.The condensate of synthetic fresh gas,regularly discharge liquid ammonia from the ammonia cooler of the refrigeration circuit,dilute ammonia water from the ammonia recovery unit,and gas ammonia discharged from the liquid ammonia pump are collected to produce dilute ammonia water with a concentration of about 10%,which is transported to the urea plant to prepare ammonia water with a concentration of about 30%,and then ammonia water with a concentrations of 20%is obtained for use in the power plant.Not only can it effectively recycle waste ammonia to solve environmental protection problems,but also create considerable economic benefits.
