摘　　要：母乳是婴儿最理想的天然食物,母乳不足势必让有母乳意愿的产妇无法最大限度地实现母乳喂养。本研究从西医和中医的不同角度,对母乳不足的概念、影响因素及发病机制进行介绍,并分析母乳不足的中西医治疗措施和干预效果,以期为改善母乳不足、提高母乳喂养率提供参考依据。Breast milk is the ideal natural food for babies,and a lack of breast milk inevitably prevents women who wish to breastfeed from maximizing breastfeeding.This study introduces the concept,influencing factors and pathogenesis of breast milk inadequacy from different perspectives of Western medicine and Chinese medicine,and elaborates on the effectiveness of Western and Chinese medicine treatment measures and interventions for breast milk insufficiency,with a view to providing a reference basis for improving breast milk shortage and breastfeeding rates.
