摘 要:依据不同物质对水泥的腐蚀或保护作用,重点研究了在沥青基湿铺防水卷材中加入不同比例硫酸铵对湿铺法施工后卷材与基层粘结性能的影响。结果表明:硫酸铵虽然对水泥基粘结层有一定的腐蚀性,但控制其加量,并与铝酸钙粉、草酸按照一定比例配制后加入沥青基湿铺防水卷材的自粘改性沥青胶料中,可起到缩短湿铺法施工达到满粘所需的时间、提升粘结效率、增大粘结强度的作用,显微CT扫描下粘结面变得更密实。Based on the corrosion or protective effects of different substances on cement,this study focuses on the influence of adding different proportions of ammonium sulfate to bitumen based wet-laid waterproofing membranes on the bonding performance between the wet applied membrane and the substrate.The results show that although ammonium sulfate has a certain degree of corrosiveness to the cement-based bonding layer,it can shorten the full adhesion time required for wet-laid construction,improve the bonding efficiency and increase the bonding strength,by controlling its dosage and having it added along with calcium aluminate powder and oxalate in a certain proportion into the self-adhesive modified bitumen compound of the bitumen based wet-laid waterproofing membrane.Under micro CT scanning,the bonding surface becomes denser.
