摘  要:中老铁路沿线光伏开发资源禀赋丰富,光伏开发应用对中老铁路沿线电网基础设施联通和能源结构优化有重要意义。以中老铁路光伏发电为研究对象,分析中老铁路沿线车站段所、物流综合园区及周边土地光伏可开发规模,结合老挝既有气候条件数据构建光伏发电功率预测模型,并构建中老铁路综合能源管控系统,选择中老铁路万象南机务段建设光伏电站开展案例分析。研究结果表明,中老铁路光伏发电规划可以分为车站段所光伏系统、货运及物流园区光伏综合开发以及牵引供电系统光伏接入3个部分。光伏发电功率预测随机森林模型短期预测精度和拟合程度更优,可以更好应对突变天气。建设“源-网-荷-储”铁路能源管控体系,实现对铁路光伏发电系统开展全面监测。研究成果为后续在中老铁路沿线开展光伏发电应用提出建议和方向。The photovoltaic(PV)development alongside the China-Laos Railway has an abundant resource endowment,and the PV development and application are of great significance to the connectivity of power grid infrastructure and the optimization of energy structure alongside the China-Laos Railway.This paper took the PV power generation of the China-Laos Railway as the research object and analyzed the available PV development scale alongside the China-Laos Railway in terms of station sections,logistics comprehensive parks,and surrounding lands.Considering the data on Laos’existing climatic conditions,the paper built a prediction model of PV power generation and constructed an integrated energy management and control system for the China-Laos Railway.Besides,the paper chose the PV power station constructed by the Vientiane South Locomotive Depots of the China-Laos Railway for case analysis.The results show that the planning of PV power generation on the China-Laos Railway can be divided into three parts:station section PV systems,comprehensive development of PV in freight and logistics parks,and PV access to traction power supply systems.The Random Forest Model of PV power prediction has better short-term prediction accuracy and fitting degree,and it can better cope with sudden weather changes.The construction of a“Power Supply,Grid,Load,and Storage”railway energy management and control system realizes comprehensive monitoring of the railway PV power generation system.The research results provide suggestions and directions for the subsequent application of PV power generation alongside the China-Laos Railway.
