摘  要:随着我国铁路里程和线网密度的不断增加,铁路邻近营业线工程建设将日益增多。针对邻近营业线工程特殊性、绿色施工技术应用和信息化管理需求等复杂要素进行分析,结合国家和行业绿色铁路发展理念,设计铁路邻近营业线绿色施工管理平台,为项目参与各方多方协同与数据信息资源共享提供服务。研究探索铁路邻近营业线绿色施工技术,开展基于知识图谱的作业计划数字化管理研究,以数字化形式构建涵盖项目类型、参与方、管理制度、审批流程等多维度的知识图谱,实现项目信息的全面整合和关联。开展基于北斗高精度定位的基坑变形自动监测和基于多源信息融合的列车接近预警研究,实现铁路邻近营业线施工安全监测预警,确保施工过程安全。开展BIM+GIS的三维场布优化和BIM+预制装配式技术应用,降低施工对环境的影响,实现施工过程的节能环保,推动绿色铁路建设目标。With the increasing mileage and network density of China’s railways,railway construction adjacent to business lines is intensifying.The complex elements were analyzed such as the special characteristics of the adjacent business line project,green construction technology application,and information management needs.Following the national and industrial green railway development concepts,this paper designed a green construction management platform for railways adjacent to business lines and provided services for multi-party collaboration and data and information resource sharing among all parties involved in the project.The paper explored green construction technology for railways adjacent to business lines,conducted research on digital management of work plans based on knowledge graphs,and constructed a multi-dimensional knowledge graph in digital form covering project types,participants,management systems,and approval processes,so as to achieve comprehensive integration and correlation of project information.The paper carried out research on automatic monitoring of foundation pit deformation based on Beidou high-precision positioning and train approach warning based on multi-source information fusion,so as to achieve safety monitoring and early warning of railways adjacent to business lines and ensure the safety of the construction process.The paper performed BIM+GIS 3D field layout optimization and BIM+prefabricated assembly technology application,reducing the impact of construction on the environment,achieving energy conservation and environmental protection in the construction process,and promoting green railway construction.
