摘 要:集装箱运输因标准化与统一化的优点,已成为多式联运领域的重要发展方向,而集装箱内部温度场会直接影响货物品质和运输质量。为系统梳理和深入探讨集装箱内部温度场与运输条件的耦合关系,主要从集装箱内部温度场的研究现状、理论模型、计算方法等方面对国内外相关研究进行综述。结果表明:不同运输条件下的内部温度场研究涉及到不同学科交叉,研究内容从箱内温度变化探究,发展到集装箱的机械设计和保温材料发明;研究方法从单一的流体分析,变为复杂的辐射、对流、导热耦合研究;在理论模型计算方面,从标准湍流模型扩展到可信赖湍流模型、剪切应力模型等适合不同运输环境的模型。研究可为集装箱多式联运安全防护和运输组织提供参考。Container transportation,due to its advantages of standardization and uniformity,has become an important development direction in the field of multimodal transport.The internal temperature field of containers directly affects the quality of goods and the transportation quality.To systematically sort out and explore the coupling relationship between the internal temperature field of containers and transportation conditions,the research reviewed the relevant Chinese and foreign studies in terms of the current research status,theoretical models,and calculation methods of the internal temperature field of containers.The results show that studies related to the internal temperature field under different transportation conditions involve interdisciplinary research,ranging from investigating temperature changes inside the container to developing mechanical design and insulation materials for containers.The research methods have evolved from a singlefluid analysis to complex studies of radiation,convection,and thermal coupling.In terms of theoretical model calculations,the standard turbulence model has been expanded to reliable turbulence models,shear stress models,and other models suitable for different transportation environments.This research can provide references for the safety protection and transportation organization of multimodal transport of containers.
