摘 要:MgAl_(2)O_(4)-CaAl_(12)O_(19)复合材料因具有优异的性能,被应用于一些特殊的高温行业中,并引起了人们的广泛关注。研究选取原矿粉铝矾土、白云石和菱镁矿为原料,采用固相烧结工艺在1100℃~1500℃保温2 h后,获得了MgAl_(2)O_(4)-CaAl_(12)O_(19)复合陶瓷材料,研究了铝矾土的含量和烧成温度对其物相组成、微观结构和力学性能的影响。研究发现:经1500℃烧结2 h后的试样烧结性能较好,铝矾土用量最大为90.3 wt.%,此时试样的致密性能最佳,其体积密度为2.68 g·cm^(-3),显气孔率为11%。在经1500℃烧结得到的试样力学性能最优,当MgAl_(2)O_(4)和CaAl_(12)O_(19)的质量比达到1.82时,试样的抗折强度最大为113.63 MPa。MgAl_(2)O_(4)-CaAl_(12)O_(19)composites have attracted much attention because of their excellent properties,which have applications in some special high-temperature industries.In this paper,with ore powders of bauxite,dolomite and magnesite as raw materials,MgAl_(2)O_(4)-CaAl_(12)O_(19)composites were obtained by using solid-phase sintering process at 1100-1500℃for 2 h.The effects of the content of bauxite and sintering temperature on phase composition,microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were studied.The optimal densification was observed when the sintering temperature was 1500℃and the bauxite content was the largest,with a bulk density of 2.68 g·cm^(−3)and an apparent porosity of 11%.The corresponding flexural strength was 113.63 MPa,when the mass ratio of MgAl_(2)O_(4)and CaAl_(12)O_(19)was 1.82.
