摘  要:弦音器是无脊椎动物特有的本体感觉和机械感知器官,由于仅存在于某些特定昆虫的弦音器神经元,由Nanchung和Inactive基因共表达形成的瞬时受体电位通道香草酸亚型(TRPV)通道成为现代杀虫剂开发的理想靶标。作为直接或间接作用于靶标害虫弦音器TRPV通道的杀虫剂,吡蚜酮、吡啶喹唑啉、双丙环虫酯、氟啶虫酰胺、flumetnicam和嗪虫唑酰胺具有独特的化学结构、作用机制和优秀的安全性,对刺吸式口器害虫及其介导传播的病毒具有突出的生物活性或防控效果,适合用于害虫综合防治和抗性管理。对弦音器及其TRPV通道的结构、功能和特点等进行介绍,并对以该受体为靶标杀虫剂的合成路线、生物活性、作用机制、抗性、安全性和制剂应用等情况进行总结,以期促进该类靶标杀虫剂的研究、开发和应用。Chordotonal organs are proprioceptive and mechanosensory organs unique to invertebrates.Due to the transient receptor potential vanilloid subtype(TRPV) channels formed by the co-expression of Nanchung and Inactive genes only existing in the chordotonal organ neurons of certain specific insects,they have become an ideal target for the development of modern insecticides.As insecticides that act directly or indirectly on the TRPV channels of target pest chordotonal organs,pymetrozine,pyrifluquinazon,afidopyropen,flonicamid,flumetnicam and dimpropyridaz have unique chemical structures,action mechanisms and excellent safety.They have outstanding biological activities or control effects on piercing-sucking mouthpart insects and the viruses they mediate and transmit,and are suitable for integrated pest control and resistance management.This article introduces the structure,function and characteristics of chordotonal organs and their TRPV channels,and summarizes the synthesis routes,biological activities,action mechanisms,resistance,safety and formulation applications of insecticides targeting this receptor,in order to promote the research,development and application of this class of target insecticides.
